Why are we starting to do this?
Our office frequently gets
call from lawyers around the country, seeking someone
with whom they can consult on a bankruptcy matter, and in
some cases send a potential client. It frequently
involves a client who has needs the attorney cannot meet.
These lawyers typically are

Now they have a bankruptcy
question, or a client who needs a tax or bankruptcy
attorney . . . perhaps a foreclosure defense
attorney.
So, they call us because they
think we must know someone in their home town, city, or
metro area, who can provide advice or
representation.
In the past, we've simply
suggested they look someone up in the phone book. But
then we thought, perhaps our customers and students would
appreciate the opportunity to hear from non-bankruptcy
